Standard Clean Checklist

Our Standard Clean is perfect for maintaining a fresh, tidy home. This service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all surfaces in your living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Whether you’re looking to freshen up your home regularly or need a quick refresh, our standard cleaning will leave your space feeling clean and comfortable, without the hassle.

General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways, etc.):

Kitchen

Bathrooms

  • Dust all surfaces (shelves, furniture, light fixtures, picture frames)

  • Wipe down surfaces (tables, desks, etc.)

  • Vacuum or mop floors

  • Empty trash bins

  • Tidy up spaces (arrange pillows, fold blankets, etc.)

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (smudges, fingerprints)

  • Wipe down countertops, stovetop, and exterior of appliances

  • Clean and sanitize sink and faucet

  • Wipe down cabinet exteriors

  • Clean outside of microwave, fridge, and dishwasher

  • Empty trash and replace liners

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, and countertops

  • Wipe down mirrors

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet, tub, and shower

  • Wipe down cabinet exteriors

  • Empty trash bins

  • Vacuum and mop floors

Deep Clean Checklist

Includes everything from the Standard Clean, plus:

General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways, etc.):

Kitchen

Bathrooms

  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

  • Clean baseboards and door frames

  • Vacuum upholstery and under cushions

  • Dust and wipe down vents

  • Clean windowsills and tracks

  • Wipe down doors and light switches

  • Clean inside of microwave

  • Wipe down and sanitize cabinet interiors (optional)

  • Clean and degrease stove hood and backsplash

  • Clean inside the fridge and freezer (optional)

  • Clean inside the oven (optional)

  • Vacuum and mop under appliances (where accessible)

  • Scrub grout and tiles in the shower/bathtub

  • Deep clean and disinfect all fixtures

  • Clean under and behind the toilet

  • Wipe down and sanitize all bathroom surfaces

Move-In/Move-Out Clean Checklist

Includes everything from the Standard Clean, plus:

General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways, etc.):

Kitchen

Bathrooms

  • Remove any cobwebs

  • Clean all windows inside (outside optional)

  • Wipe down walls (spot clean if needed)

  • Clean inside closets and drawers

  • Vacuum and mop all floors thoroughly, including under furniture

  • Wipe down and sanitize all doors and doorknobs

  • Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers

  • Clean inside and outside of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Scrub and sanitize sink, faucet, and countertops

  • Clean any remaining debris from floors and corners

  • Deep clean and disinfect all surfaces, including cabinet interiors

  • Scrub all tiles, grout, and bathroom fixtures

  • Clean inside all drawers, cabinets, and closets

  • Remove hard water stains, mildew, and soap scum buildup

  • Thoroughly clean exhaust fans
